Our team values skill, safety, and continuous learning while providing long-term career opportunitie **s.** **What You Will Do:** + **Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks and heavy equipment.** + **Perform engine tune-ups, replacements, and repairs on transmissions, motors, valves, and steering systems.** + **Work on hydraulics, brakes, mechanical and electrical systems; conduct routine PMs (oil changes, tire rotations, filters, hoses).** + Welding and fabrication experience is not required, but a plus. + Keep detailed maintenance logs and complete quality checks. + Mentor and train junior mechanics. + Travel (occasionally) to regional worksites and airports as needed. **Requirements** + **Minimum 3+ years’ experience with diesel and gas trucks and/or heavy equipment.** + **Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills; ASE Diesel certification is a plus.** + High school or technical school/degree in automotive or mechanical field. + Must bring your own hand tools. Comfortable using diagnostic tools and basic computer systems. + Age 21+, valid driver’s license (Real ID preferred), clean driving record, criminal background check (past 7 years), pass a basic drug screen, Social Security card. + CDL license helpful but not required. **Work Conditions & Schedule:** + **Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; occasional weekends or extended shifts.** + Indoor/outdoor work at airports and construction sites, as well as in shop. + Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, vibration, and varying weather. **What We Offer** + **Competitive pay: $35–$40+/hour, negotiable based on experience.
