Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most prestigious and performance-driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra-luxury and exotic vehiclesEnsure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand qualityUse factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical softwareMaintain detailed and accurate repair documentationCollaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow techniciansTreat every vehicle with white-glove care and attention to detail

Requirements:

5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehiclesPrior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferredAdvanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledgeASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plusStrong work ethic and commitment to qualityClean driving record and valid driver’s license
