Sterling Exotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Service Technician to join our elite team in Sterling, Virginia. This is a rare opportunity to work hands-on with some of the most prestigious and performance-driven vehicles in the world—including Lamborghinis, McLarens, and Rolls-Royces.

Responsibilities:
Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ultra-luxury and exotic vehicles
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and brand quality
Use factory diagnostic tools, service manuals, and technical software
Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
Collaborate with service advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians
Treat every vehicle with white-glove care and attention to detail
Requirements:
5+ years of professional technician experience, preferably with exotic or ultra-luxury vehicles
Prior experience working on brands such as Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, or Bentley is strongly preferred
Advanced diagnostic and electrical systems knowledge
ASE certifications or OEM-specific training a plus
Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
