Boeing Communications is seeking a dynamic Experienced Graphic Designer to join its fast-paced Brand and Content division in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Huntington Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO or Arlington, VA.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Creative, the graphic designer will play an integral part in telling the stories of how of Boeing connects, protects and explores our world and beyond.

Position Responsibilities

Designs in all channels: print, digital, social, environmental, motion and more

Designs websites/pages through analytics and research, content strategy, UX/UI best practices; prototype in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, web developers and subject matter experts

Designs enterprise reports, using creative strategy, conceptual design and content management systems, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders

Develops creative briefs collaboratively to inspire creative execution and garner stakeholder alignment on creative direction

Presents and articulates design concepts to stakeholders, probing for thorough understanding of feedback and collaborating for positive collective outcomes

Adheres to Boeing brand standards, and ensures others do as well; assists in the creation of corporate style guides

Collaborates with creative leads and project managers on all projects; tracks projects, progress and time via workflow management system

Serves myriad internal stakeholders: corporate, commercial, defense and global services

Builds a creative culture that aims to inspire, develops and uplifts others; seeks constructive feedback from creative colleagues; exemplify a growth mindset 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Associate’s degree in graphic design or related field

5+ years’ experience in graphic design

5+ years’ experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Figma

Online portfolio showcasing a breadth of design

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Experience with Adobe After Effects and Workiva

Experience working on global brands and/or in a global environment

Experience at an advertising, brand and/or digital agency

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $76,500 - $110,400
