Experienced Facilities Maintenance Tech

(9/30/2025) Key Responsibilities + Perform routine and advanced maintenance and repairs on facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. + Conduct inspections and troubleshooting of facility systems to identify and resolve complex issues. + Support other maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of facility projects and repairs. **YOU MUST HAVE** + A minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field. + Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. + Proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment. + Experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex facility systems. + Ability to read and interpret maintenance schematics and blueprints. **WE VALUE** + Technical certification in facility maintenance or a related field. + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Knowledge of building automation systems. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **ABOUT HONEYWELL** Honeywell International Inc.
