In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Cybersecurity Professional to join our Cybersecurity Tech team in Athens.      

Act as lead consultant in key client projects relevant to: 
Developing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, tailored operating models and governance frameworks, aligned with leading industry standards and regulatory requirements, across a range of clients in critical industries.  
Assisting clients in designing and implementing cybersecurity and data protection controls, aligned with industry standards, regulatory requirements, new and emerging risks relevant to cyber resilience, data protection and secure AI.  

Develop cybersecurity incident response plans and capabilities aligned with regulatory requirements and industry leading practices, as well as designing and testing them through tabletop and simulation exercises. 

Develop state-of-the-art, tailor-made cyber risk management methodologies, integrated with threat intelligence and threat modelling practices, conducting cyber risk assessments and enhancing management oversight through interactive reporting.  
Assisting clients in the management of third-party and supply chain cyber risks.

Design and deliver training programmes, fostering a cyber awareness culture for our clients.  

Conduct compliance and maturity assessments based on cybersecurity and data protection regulations and standards (e.g., NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO27001, etc.). Leveraging tools and technologies to enable policy enforcement, risk management and control monitoring, adding value and automating our cybersecurity services (incl. AI tools, cyber drill platforms, GRC solutions, DLP, etc.). 

Mentor and coach team members to evolve into cybersecurity and data privacy experts.  

Contribute to the development of new methodologies and client services.  

Contribute to the team’s business development and presales activities. 

What you bring matters 

BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field  

MSc in Information Security or relevant international certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) will be considered an asset 

Minimum 2 years of proven relevant work experience in cybersecurity  

In-depth knowledge of information security and data privacy principles, control frameworks, methodologies, industry best practices, and legal and regulatory frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, ISF, COBIT, etc.  

Ability to contribute to the development of new methodologies tailored to client needs and environments  

Passion to monitor security industry developments and integrate them into our cybersecurity service portfolio  

Responsibility for ensuring the technical integrity of PwC materials and deliverables presented to clients  

Advanced project management skills  

Strong ability in people development and guidance
