Working closely with supervisors and school staff, you’ll help students build positive behaviors, strengthen independence, and succeed socially and academically. What You’ll Do - Provide 1:1 and group behavioral support in school settings - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans - Collect accurate data and document student progress - Use evidence-based ABA strategies to support student goals - Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and BCBAs - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and consistent follow-through What We’re Looking For - Experience required in ABA, behavioral intervention, or school-based support - Strong understanding of behavior strategies and ABA principles - Ability to follow targeted plans and adapt as guided - Excellent communication and reliability - Must complete required background clearances Who Thrives in This Role?
