Experienced Behavior Technician – Torrance, CA (Pay: $20–$25/hr) We are seeking an **Experienced Behavior Technician** to provide high-quality educational and behavioral support to children and adults with special needs in the Torrance area. In this role, you will work closely with school professionals, families, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals. **Pay Rate:** $20–$25 per hour **About the Role:** The Experienced Behavior Technician delivers individualized behavioral interventions, implements treatment plans, records progress data, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure successful client outcomes.
