Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to join our growing team in El Monte. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering ABA therapy, a passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities, and the ability to collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure meaningful progress. Responsibilities + Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). + Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. + Collect accurate data on client progress and communicate findings to supervisors. + Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. + Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications + Required: + At least 1 year of experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist. + High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred). + Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification strongly preferred. + Skills: + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to follow treatment protocols and adapt to client needs. + Reliable transportation to client sessions in El Monte and surrounding areas.
