About the Role
You will develop and maintain high-level programming for Business Central, perform database migrations, and work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective solutions. Collaboration is key, as you'll be part of a tight-knit team of 14 experienced developers and consultants in a hybrid working environment with at least two days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Business Central applications using AL and NAV development skills
* Perform database migrations and maintain high-quality code standards
* Engage with clients to gather requirements and tailor solutions to their needs
* Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver robust and reliable systems
* Work within a flexible hybrid schedule, balancing remote work with office collaboration
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in NAV/BC development with strong AL programming skills
* Solid database management experience
* Ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code
* Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team culture
