They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.In capital markets accounting advisory services at PwC, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals (both public and private) and other transformational business events that may impact an organisation’s value.

As an Associate, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to deliver accounting and capital markets solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and summarize financial data under US GAAP and IFRS.Support IPOs, debt offerings, acquisitions, restructurings, and GAAP conversions.Conduct benchmarking research and contract reviews.Attend client meetings and contribute to planning, reporting, and analysis.Collaborate across global Deals teams and maintain high ethical standards.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting.1–3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit.Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power Query, Power Pivot; Alteryx and Power BI are a plus.Fluent English with strong reading and writing skills.Understand the importance of have a correct information managementKnowledge of Information Security and Data ProtectionCorrect Information Security ManagementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to ethnicity; creed; color; religion; national origin; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; marital; or any other status protected by law.
