**Security Site Supervisor – Dutchess County, NY (Fishkill, NY)** **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM **Pay:** Competitive, based on experience We are seeking an **experienced and motivated Security Site Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and lead a team of Security Officers at a client location in Dutchess County. This position is ideal for a professional leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality service. **Key Responsibilities** + Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and site personnel to ensure post orders are followed and security requirements are met. + Conduct inspections, monitor performance, and complete required reports. + Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to staff while ensuring accountability and professional growth. + Manage scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all posts. + Serve as the main point of contact with client representatives, addressing needs and ensuring top-tier customer service. + Assist with payroll and administrative reporting. + As needed, perform Security Officer duties in accordance with site requirements. **Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required; higher education is a plus. + Minimum **2 years of supervisory or managerial experience** in security or a related field. + CPR/First Aid certification (required). + Strong knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, and emergency response. + Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. + Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. + Ability to adapt to changing environments and respond effectively under pressure. **Skills & Competencies** + Organizational and time-management skills. + Ability to write clear reports and maintain accurate documentation. + Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels. + Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in challenging situations. + Physical capability to perform patrols, stand/walk for extended periods, and respond quickly in emergencies. **Working Conditions** + Frequent walking, standing, and stair climbing; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. + Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. + Role requires flexibility, focus, and professionalism in dynamic situations.
