We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Experience Operations Manager to lead our Experience Operations pillar - anchoring web content editing, content strategy & governance, and SEO across our digital ecosystem. This role is critical in shaping the digital experience for our customers by ensuring content is clear, optimized, consistent, and aligned to business goals and user needs.
As a key member of the Experience Strategy & Design (XSD) team, you’ll work closely with UX, CX, and Experience Communications leaders to create a seamless and impactful digital journey for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop a high-performing team of content editors, content strategists, and SEO specialists
Set the vision and roadmap for experience operations, ensuring it aligns with enterprise goals and digital transformation efforts
Champion content and SEO best practices across the organization, establishing governance frameworks and operating models to support scale.
Content Strategy & Governance
Define and implement enterprise content strategy standards, frameworks, and taxonomies
Drive strategic content planning and execution in collaboration with product, marketing, and UX
Oversee content governance, quality control processes, and audit mechanisms to ensure relevance, accuracy, and brand alignment.
Web Content Operations
Manage day-to-day digital content workflows including web content publishing, content migrations, and updates in the CMS
Establish scalable processes for intake, prioritization, editing, and publishing across a large, distributed content environment
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure web content meets accessibility, compliance, and editorial standards
SEO Optimization
Oversee the execution of technical and on-page SEO strategies to improve site visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic
Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g. BrightEdge, Google Search Console or similar) and translate insights into actionable improvements
Partner with UX and product teams to embed SEO into the design and development process
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience in digital content strategy, web publishing operations, and/or SEO, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role
Proven success managing cross-functional content and SEO initiatives in a complex B2B or enterprise digital environment
Deep familiarity with enterprise content management systems (preferably Adobe AEM), SEO tools, and governance frameworks
Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and how content supports acquisition, engagement, and conversion
Experience collaborating across product, marketing, and technical teams
Excellent project management and communication skills
