As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Branch Comms and Tools team, you will create inclusive and accessible solutions that enhance our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user needs with business goals, driving continuous improvement and strategic thinking in experience design.

Designs and develops elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platformsApplies advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designsConducts data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insightsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelinesOperates with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to improve user experienceAssists in analyzing market trends, user research studies, and user behavior to inform design decisionsLeverages visual design, layout, and usability best practices to ensure digital design quality

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Six years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving digital product experiencesProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard toolsDemonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insightsProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologiesExpertise in working with and contributing to design systems for consistency and scalabilityExperience mapping complex user journeys across multiple channels and products

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Familiarity with design- and systems-thinking approachesPrevious experience working on employee experiences in banking or regulated industriesDemonstrated experience with user- and human-centered design approachesExperience supporting research- and data-led discovery efforts to identify user needs and opportunities
