As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Consumer and Community Banking supporting the Legal and Regulatory Control Operation product group, you will leverage your advanced knowledge of experience design principles to create solutions that align user needs with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and innovative experiences for a diverse range of users.
Job responsibilities
Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platformsApply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designsConduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelinesOperate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to improve user experienceAssist in the analysis of market trends, user research studies, and user behavior to inform design decisionsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving digital product experiencesProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insightsProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologiesHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilitySolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, resiliency, and securityPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Experience supporting enterprise applications for back-office specialistsExperience collaborating with architecture, product, technology, data, and business partnersExperience designing digital products with AI-driven features, automation, or decision support toolsFamiliarity with best practices for integrating human oversight and feedback into AI-powered systems in regulated environments
