✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nMaintain accurate records of driver expenses and purchase orders specific to the Driven Moves department\nEnsure all financial documents are stored securely and are easily accessible for audits or internal reviews\nSupport drivers with queries related to expense submissions and remittance details\nIdentifying discrepancies and maintain precise records for expenses, purchase orders and invoices\nMonitor and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution\nConfidently use finance systems and tools for logging, tracking, and reporting\nResponds flexibly to changing priorities, volumes of claims and urgent requests\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious experience in Finance Analytics (processing expenses, purchase orders and invoices) is essential\nStrong administrative skills, including running expenses reports and extracting data\nExcellent communication skills at all levels - Verbal and written\nPrevious use of Oracle would be advantageous, but full training will be provided\nStrong numeracy and analytical skills\nIT literate - Microsoft packages\n\n
