We are looking for an Expense Buyer to support sourcing and purchasing activities across indirect spend categories. In this role, you will help deliver savings, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth purchasing operations aligned with business needs. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and the central P2P team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely issue resolution. This position offers exposure to regional sourcing initiatives within an international environment.


Responsibilities

Support the development and execution of the annual sourcing plan, including tracking savings, cost avoidance, and value-added initiativesManage sourcing and purchasing activities for expense categories in line with business requirementsNegotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve best value and service levelsIdentify and mitigate sourcing and supplier-related risksSupport global and regional sourcing programs and assist with local execution within the clusterAct as a key contact for the central P2P team in Warsaw to resolve supplier queries and payment issuesEnsure compliance with contracting standards through participation in the Strategic Sourcing Audit processSupport additional purchasing and sourcing projects based on business needs


Requirements

Background in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or a related commercial roleGood negotiation and communication skills with suppliers and internal stakeholdersAnalytical mindset with the ability to work with cost data and reportsUnderstanding of purchasing processes, contracts, and compliance standardsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environmentCollaborative approach and willingness to support regional and global teamsProficiency in MS Office tools; experience with procurement systems is an advantageFluent English; additional European languages are a plus
