Expediting Manager
- Working Location: Tianjin (1st 3 months) -> Qingdao, China

Job Description
- The role reports to Procurement Manager
- Mainly for tracking PO execution process of Vendor

Job Responsibilities
- To organize Pre-inspection/ kick-off meeting/ITP/FAT meetings with Vendor, report related document to Owner for approval.
- To negotiate with Vender for commercial issues such as pricing, payment terms, lead time etc.
- To ensure employer’s benefit/control risks/ensure procurement progress as planned.
- Update procurement report
- To communicate with design department/QHSE department or TPC institution for ensuring smooth PO execution of procurement packages
- Help to contact with related parties and solve problem on material import/export progress
- Complete other tasks assigned by employer

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- At least 3 years’ experience in expediting leadership role
- Expediting experience in Middle East offshore project is preferred
- MS Office
- Fluent English skills in wring and speaking
- Familiar with international business rules
