Join us! **What you will accomplish in this role** The Expanse Go-Live Trainer roles are a workflow and training resource who will support the facility / market during the education and go live time periods. These positions requires a detailed understanding of Expanse functionality, familiarity with facility clinical workflow, and the coordination of care teams that takes place throughout the facility. These team members will be responsible for organizing and leading training initiatives at the facility, training providers and facility team members and ensuring completion of competencies prior to go live. These team members will organize and execute on the change management and facility engagement initiatives as well as other Expanse trainings. At the time of go live, these team members will serve as at the elbow support for the providers and staff in the facility. They will be called upon to support other implementation tasks as needed to support the overall program goals, including supporting the onboarding of new team members. These roles should expect to travel to the facility with the majority of their time spent in patient care units. **What you will do in this role:** + You will apply knowledge of Expanse and interpersonal skills during implementation + You will operate unsupervised + You will ensure a standardized and consistent approach relating to education delivery + You will participate in communications among all team members to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs, expectations and requirements + You will lead and participate in the development of project implementation tools from an education perspective + You will participate in initial project orientation, organize the go live support component of implementations, work in close coordination with corporate, division, and facility leadership + You will organize and provide clinical training and collaborate with other members of the team to ensure the delivery of training and education materials + You will evaluate the effectiveness of training strategies and materials and recommend changes.
