Cody Dental Group is an established dental practice that has been serving the Denver community for over 75 years! We are seeking an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant to join our team full-time, Monday-Thursday with Fridays to be determined. Our ideal EDDA will be reliable, self-motivated and passionate about providing the highest level of patient care. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday (to be determined, 8am-12pm)
Compensation: $22-$30/hr, plus daily bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
Taking necessary x-raysFabricating temporary crowns, placing fillings, and taking impressionsAssisting during endodontic treatmentsSterilizing dental instruments and equipmentRestocking treatment areas and maintaining inventoryInfection ControlPreparing treatment plans and updating patient charts in DenticonSetting up and breaking down operatoriesScheduling patients for treatmentMaintaining OSHA standardsSkills:
Excellent communication, both written and verbalTeamworkDenitcon knowledge is a plus but is not requiredAttention to detailReliable and goal-orientedKnowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniquesExperience with 4 handed dentistryRequirements2+ years of experience as a dental assistantEDDA experience requiredX-ray certificationCPR CertificationCertified Dental Assistant preferredExpanded Duty Dental Assistant certification is a plus but is NOT required
