eLearning COE is looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer specializing in eLearning development. This role will involve closely collaborating with clients and internal teams to create visually engaging and effective training materials. The ideal candidate will possess strong visualization skills, superb communication capabilities, and a passion for transforming complex information into compelling visual formats that enhance the learning experience.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to these:
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create visually appealing eLearning courses and training materials.
+ Develop graphics, layouts, and visual content that enhance user engagement and facilitates understanding of complex concepts.
+ Ensure all design elements are aligned with brand guidelines and the overall course objectives.
+ Communicate effectively with clients to understand their training needs and expectations.
+ Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a clear line of communication with stakeholders throughout the design process.
+ Stay current with trends in graphic design and eLearning technologies to incorporate new ideas and practices into training materials.
+ Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance future projects and improve the learning experience.
+ Actively participate in team meetings, sharing insights and best practices to foster a collaborative work environment.
+ Proficiency in design software such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate RISE, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, video editing, and a wide range of visual styles.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design expertise, and a variety of projects.
+ Good visualization and problem-solving abilities to transform learning objectives into visuals.
+ Experience with various eLearning development tools and platforms.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, adapting to changing needs and project demands.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Stakeholders – Customers, Instructors, Instructional Designers (ID), and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (preferred).
+ Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design - eLearning
+ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and your creative abilities.
+ Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
