This role will involve working with a team of Quality Professionals who provide quality support to a CMO (contract manufacturing organization) which manufactures and packages products on behalf of Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).
The role also requires working with BMS Supply chain, Regulatory compliance, Material science & technology (MS&T), Quality services & Systems teams, supporting both internal BMS colleagues & external customers.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Support the investigation and responses to product market complaints for the pharmaceutical products that BMS is responsible for.
+ Support investigations arising from the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
+ Support change controls relating to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
+ Coordinate quality metrics programs.
+ Support the preparation of Annual Product Reviews for each of the products manufactured and packaged.
+ Support improvement projects.
+ Provide support in responding to queries related to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

**On-site Protocol**
BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture.
