Executive Vice President, Growth Marketing

Overview This Growth leader will activate a results-oriented, high-touch executive lead generation program. This is not a typical lead gen program. This program needs to identify the best ways to win the hearts, minds, and the trust of CMOs, CDOs and other decision-making executives targeting marketing transformation for their organization. This role can be summarized as a strategic hunter. This leader will be measured on the amount of c-level introductions made and nurtured into viable relationships that lead to profitable scopes of work for any PDX agencies and/or greater Groupe. They will be able to evangelize any of our PDX agencies and Publicis Groupe that adds to our qualified pipeline growth. They will collaborate closely with PDX leadership, the Growth/Business Development teams of all PDX agencies, Global Groupe Business Development, and other Groupe leaders. Responsibilities Primary Roles and Responsibilities Build on the momentum of an established executive level outbound prospecting program that drives qualified leads that positively contributes to PDX and Groupe pipeline Continue to drive the prospecting strategy and maintain active engagement with prospecting targets Lead and manage pool of external consultants to maximize leads Develop, shape and mature leads into specific answerable assignments (e.g., RFP, RFI, or other defined need/scope assignment) that should result in successful conversion Consult and collaborate across PDX’s and PDX agenices’ MarComms + Growth teams to ensure connectivity across top-of-funnel / bottom-of-funnel growth activities Align on the right topics and level of thought-leadership needed to present to the marketplace and prospects with MarComms Transition from top-of-the-funnel leads into the right hands to ensure defined/structured opportunities Provide guidance on capes, creds and other pitch content priorities provided by Business Development and/or MarComms Deploy and coordinate accordingly with the PDX agencies’ marketing activation calendar view of activities across channels – awards, events, press, etc. Curate, manage and activate prospecting events to maximize reach, contact and leads Guide on upgrading agency credentials, thought leadership, case study and outbound selling materials in partnership with executive leaders Primary Goals and Critical Metrics 1 qualified net new lead per quarter (not identified by agencies or external consultants or current clients) Qualifications Executive level experience building business for a digital advertising agency, marketing transformation or digital business transformation consultancy. Exceptional written communicator; superior organization and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively across many levels and functions within the company. Ability to prioritize and multi-task under deadlines. Ability to reach across the cross-functional aisles and the various capability groups across the organization to drive more wins. Ability to understand macro business issues and articulate value generating opportunities. Excellent problem-solving skills and skilled at working effectively with matrixed, cross-functional teams. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
