Executive Training Management

Ø Major Responsibilities

 

Planning and scheduling Open house training courses in co-ordination with the TRG Business Developer and other sales team members. End to End Administration of all training courses Scheduling and updating the training database portal (TRDB) or other IT applications (ex : Accessplanit) Uploading of training course records in the database portal (TRDB) after completion of courses Initiate actions to develop new trainers and co ordinate with HO (Mumbai) central ICC team for their approval. Control of Certificates and Accounts receivables Arrangements for course venue and other administrative work such as printing of course materials Scheduling of trainers in the production portal / IT system-SIEBEL Ensuring issuance of invoices for the training delivered / conducted Co-ordination with other regions/ area offices for requirement of trainers on need basis Total Compliance to Bureau Veritas Management System (CER-MS) and other procedures Achieve the budgeted revenue targets for Open house & In house courses separately and collectively  Maintaining all Trackers updated all the time Any other activities associated with training administration Development of Training Materials through trainers and getting approval from HO

 

 

 

Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

 

Achievement of Budgeted Revenue each month and annually Preparation of error-free course documentation Preparation of error-free course material Compliance to IRCA/ CER-MS/ BVCI norms Timeliness for course approval including uploading in TRDB Accounts receivable management in CIDS Achieve Customer satisfaction in all parameters Timeliness in invoicing No complaints from clients/delegates on any communication/ response issues Ensuring maintenance of all trackers up to date all the time

 

 

 

 

 

Ø Qualification and Experience

 

Graduate in any discipline Computer Savvy with proficiency in MS Windows Ability to get things done from others
