Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies for senior leadership and critical roles.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, assessment, candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining to proactively build strong candidate networks.Leverage industry insights, data, and talent intelligence to advise stakeholders on workforce trends and recruitment outcomes.Promote the company’s employer brand, EVP, and culture to attract top executive talent globally.Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives, and recruitment best practices.

Continuously improve recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
