What You'll Do

As a Global Executive Search Manager within the Global Businesses & Functions Talent Acquisition (GBF TA) team,
you will operate as a trusted and experienced executive search professional with deep expertise in the identification,
attraction, and assessment of executive-level talent. Based in India / New Delhi, your primary focus will be to support
senior-level hiring across BCG’s Global Businesses and Functions in India, with particular emphasis on C-suite and
Senior Business Services Teams (SBST) roles.
Depending on business demand, you will also support and, where appropriate, lead global executive search
mandates outside of India. Operating as a valued advisor to senior stakeholders, you will manage executive-level
requisitions end to end—from initial brief through to successful appointment—while contributing to the continued
growth and maturity of BCG’s executive search capability.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead the identification, attraction, and assessment of executive-level talent through a combination of
proactive market mapping, direct sourcing, research, and targeted networking.Manage candidate engagement end to end, ensuring a high-touch, discreet, and professional experience
aligned with executive search best practices.Operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of business
strategies, leadership requirements, and succession considerations.Build and own strong working relationships with adjacent teams across the GRSL (Global, Regional, System,
and Local) model, leveraging these partnerships to deliver timely and effective executive hiring outcomes.Support and, where required, lead global executive search and research initiatives outside of India,
collaborating closely with the Global Head of Executive Search and regional counterparts to deliver
seamless cross-border mandates.Champion inclusive executive hiring practices and proactively build diverse leadership pipelinesFurther strengthen BCG’s executive talent market presence in New Delhi and across India, while
contributing to broader global executive search capability and reputation.

What You'll Bring

A minimum of seven years of experience in executive search, ideally within a professional services,
consulting, or global corporate environment.Demonstrated success supporting or managing a wide range of searches across multiple geographies or
functions.Strong sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.End-to-end management of senior level requisitions, from initial brief through to successful completionA forward-thinking, curious mindset with a strong interest in evolving executive search practices through
the thoughtful adoption of new technologies.A hands-on approach to leveraging emerging tools, including GenAI, to enhance market mapping, candidate
research, assessment insights, and overall search efficiency—while maintaining the judgment, discretion,
and rigor required at executive level.The ability to bring fresh ideas and practical solutions to continuously improve hiring processes, candidate
experience, and stakeholder outcomes, balancing innovation with governance and data integrity.

This role will be reporting to the global lead for SBST hiring within the GBF TA team. Outside of direct reporting lines
you will be working closely with:

Peers on the GBF TA team (recruiters, sourcing team, operations)Adjacent stakeholders on relevant HR / Finance teamsSelect external vendors and partnersBCG's global executive search community
