Job Title: Executive Support Manager - Corporate/Members
Salary: £51,801 - £59,724 per annum
Grade G
Fixed Term Contract – 2 years
37 hours per week (hybrid working)
About the Role
As part of our Executive Support Team, you’ll play a key role in enabling effective leadership and decision-making. You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a high-performing Executive Support Team Overseeing strategic planning, resource management, and service delivery Working closely with the Mayor and Cabinet Office to align political and corporate priorities Driving continuous improvement in administrative processes and systems Providing strategic cover for the Chief of Staff and contributing to cross-directorate initiativesAbout You
We’re looking for someone who has:
Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a complex organisation Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication, judgement, and problem-solving abilities A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement Experience working in a political or public sector environment is highly desirableBenefits of Working with Us
