We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Executive Sous Chef** to join our distinguished culinary leadership team. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to guide daily kitchen operations, cultivate a cohesive and skilled culinary staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality and presentation while maintaining a level of service that is uniquely Grand Hyatt.
**Qualifications:**
Ideal candidates shall meet the following criteria:
+ Progressive career in Culinary gained in a 5-star luxury property or Michelin-starred restaurants, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role
+ Strong business acumen
+ Experience with training, financial management and customer service
+ Highly creative with an international focus and flare
+ Comprehensive Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills
+ Proficiency in food and safety standards
+ Superior communication and customer service skills
+ Passion for working with people
