Executive Sous Chef

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Sous Chef is responsible to function as the Assistant Production Manager for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable.

Minimally 2 years as Executive Sous Chef or three years as Head Chef in a well-established 5 stars hotels brand
- Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- Great knowledge in restaurant and banquet kitchen management is required
- Creative and innovative on menu concept
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing food and payroll cost
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high level of food standards
- Strong understanding of hygiene standard
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude
