The candidate will be responsible to lead strategic Agentic AI & Data Transformation deals and delivery across DACH. The role requires a unique blend of skills to effectively design solutions, manage client stakeholders and delivery on running projects and having the ability to expand based on that delivery footprint. A candidate must have the following abilities: Thought leader for Agentic AI Architecture incl. Agentic AI orchestration, process integration and data transformation; strong understanding and existing relationships to strategic IBM Consulting partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Databricks and/or Snowflake; strong conceptual and communication skills to show the client the value IBM brings based on their business direction and financial understanding ; delivery track record to manage a portfolio of delivery projects; proven track record in applying AI in multiple business domains and industries, preferably with OpenCA L3 Certification **Required technical and professional expertise** The role requires a unique blend of skills to effectively design solutions, manage client stakeholders and delivery on running projects and having the ability to expand based on that delivery footprint.
