Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and analytical L&D Content Researcher & Designer for the
development of our internal skill-building ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying critical
business skill gaps, researching industry-best practices, and designing engaging, high-impact
learning content (both digital and instructor-led) to upskill our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Research & Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
● Identify Skill Gaps: Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify technical and
behavioral skill gaps.
● Curriculum Research: Research global industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and modern
learning methodologies to ensure our training content is current and competitive.
2. Instructional Design & Content Creation
● Content Development: Design and develop comprehensive training assets, including
e-learning modules, video scripts, slide decks, infographics.
● Micro-Learning: Create "bite-sized" learning content (videos, one-pagers) for skill
reinforcement.
● Visual Design: Ensure all training materials are visually appealing, branded, and user-friendly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in E-learning tools (e.g., Vyond, Canva, Slides).
- Proficiency in Data
● Core Competencies:
- Strong research skills .
- Understanding of Adult Learning Principles.
Communication:
● Create and distribute internal communications related to training.
● Align with business requirement to design relevant and effective content.
Key Result Areas:
● Ensuring content quality and effectiveness.
● Meeting deadlines for closing training requests
● Successful identification of training needs (TNA) and deployment of targeted solutions that
measurably reduce skill gaps.
● Providing actionable insights on learner behavior, assessment scores, and training ROI.
● Enhancing learning and development through innovative activities
● Implementing strategies to measure and improve employee satisfaction
● Promoting a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the organization
Competencies (Skills essential to the role):
● A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant or equivalent experience, preferably in facilitating trainings,
Customer Service programs, etc.
● Adequate knowledge of learning management systems/E-learning platforms is preferred
● Ability to gather data, compile information, analyse data, and prepare reports using MS Excel
● G Sheet proficiency
● Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English
● The ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective
relationships at all levels of the organization
Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

● Flexible to travel (not extensively)
