A large, complex operations organization is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support external hiring for executive‑level operations leadership roles across delivery stations and warehouse environments. This role is a recruiting position. The individual hired will be responsible for recruiting and closing Senior operations leaders. The recruiter will partner closely with business leaders to identify, engage, and hire Senior‑level operations talent during a period of significant growth. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA

Target roles include Senior site leadership and Senior operations management positions
These leadership roles carry large team scope and high operational complexity
All hires supported by this role are external candidates
Hiring volume has increased significantly year over year, requiring a dedicated, experienced recruiter
Recruiting Focus
Recruit passive, hard‑to‑fill Senior operations leaders
Partner with the business on roles that are onsite and location‑specific
Effectively sell both the leadership opportunity and the site location, which is non‑negotiable
Candidates for the roles being recruited often come from Director‑level backgrounds, depending on company structure
Responsibilities
Executive Recruiting & Sourcing
Execute full‑life‑cycle recruiting for Senior operations leadership roles
Conduct proactive, creative sourcing to identify qualified executive‑level candidates
Drive candidate engagement, influence, and closing for difficult‑to‑fill roles
Maintain strong outreach and screening discipline aligned to weekly and monthly goals
Offer Management & Closing
Own offer discussions and negotiations for leadership roles
Maintain a target offer acceptance rate of 80–90%
Set clear expectations early regarding location and role scope
Operate with a strong sales and closing mindset throughout the process
Volume & Recruiting Approach
Experience recruiting at high volume, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, scrappy, and creative, not just transactional
Viewed as a go‑to recruiter who can independently drive results
Success measured by outcomes and quality, not activity alone
Performance Metrics
Weekly outreach goals
Recruiter and business phone screens
Monthly hiring performance
Once ramped (approximately 45 days), expectation is 2 offers per month, with a strong focus on quality
Strong recruiters for this role demonstrate:
Ability to work more efficiently, not just at higher volume
Use of referrals as a sourcing strategy
Thoughtful and responsible use of AI tools in recruiting
Strong influence and engagement skills with Senior‑level candidates
4-5+ years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, 2+ years of experience with executive sourcing experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
