Description We are looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to identify and secure top-tier talent while maintaining strong relationships with candidates. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape hiring strategies and provide valuable insights into market trends. Responsibilities: • Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles. • Develop and implement targeted strategies to identify and attract executive-level talent. • Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and evaluations of potential candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process. • Create and manage talent pipelines to support long-term recruitment goals. • Provide detailed insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. • Facilitate offer negotiations and oversee onboarding processes for new hires. • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and uphold the company’s values during the hiring process.
