Individuals applying for this position will not be eligible for immigration sponsorship. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in executive search, advising VP+ clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy, working with research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process. + 8 years of experience in building and cultivating relationships with applicants and stakeholder leaders in a global business environment. + 5 years of domain experience in the consumer technology sector. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience acting as a strategic talent advisor, with a proven ability to design creative strategies and deliver impact. + Deep knowledge of Google's consumer product areas and go-to-market strategies. + Ability to solve ambiguous problems, developing solutions where there may be no clear precedent. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach. + Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Lead end-to-end execution of Global Business Organization leadership searches, providing excellent partnership. + Be a domain talent expert, providing valuable assessments and strategic insights based on your knowledge of the talent pool, identifying and assessing qualified talent, managing stakeholders, engaging with applicants and driving their experience. + Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder functions and needs while honing an informed point of view on the internal and external talent market, proactively surfacing risks, anticipating challenges, and influencing outcomes. + Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor, offering talent insights to refine their hiring needs, shape search strategy, and match their needs with the best talent in the market. + Partner with our research team and leverage other resources to identify, develop, assess, and recruit exceptional leadership applicants.
