Salary: $89,000 - $95,000 (based on individual qualifications)

To proactively identify and mitigate potential threats, ensuring the safety and security of our senior executives through a personalized, discreet, and highly trained protective detail, enabling them to conduct their activities with confidence and minimal disruption
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Threat Assessment and Risk Mitigation: Analyze potential threats and develop security plans to minimize risks.Close Protection: Provide both armed and unarmed physical protection to company executives, ensuring their safety in various locations and situations.Security Planning: Create and implement security protocols for executive travel, special events, and home office SOPs. Including counter surveillance, advance planning, and threat assessments.Situational Awareness: Ability to maintain a high level of awareness of surroundings and potential threats to the company and its executives. Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with executives, security teams, and other relevant parties, while maintaining a high level of discretion.De-escalation: Ability to de-escalate tense situations and resolve conflicts peacefully. Incident Reporting: Document security incidents and complete reports as required. Investigations: Complete thorough investigations of any threats to the company and its executive team utilizing various investigative tools. Partner with corporate investigative team and assist in other complex investigations as required.QUALIFICATIONS

Communication Skills: EPA's must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in various situations. Critical Thinking: Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure. Discretion and Professionalism: Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism at all times. Experience: 7-10 Years of Executive Protection, Military, or Law Enforcement experience, or a combination of the three. Prefer HR 218 (LEOSA) certificationThis role will primary serve in the corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Some regional and national travel will be required. Candidate will also be responsible for investigative assistance related to cases of both internal and external fraud.
