About the Role:

Our client, a leading Tier 1 law firm, is seeking a seasoned Execution Partner with 12 to 20 years PQE to join their General Corporate team. The candidate will work closely under a highly experienced and respected partner, leading complex corporate transactions and providing strategic legal advice. This role requires strong leadership, deep corporate law expertise, and a proven ability to manage high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate advisory matters.

Provide practical and commercial legal counsel on complex corporate issues.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors for seamless transaction execution.

Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Law degree (LLB) with 12 to 20 years PQE at a top-tier law firm or corporate legal department.

Expertise in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and restructurings.

Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws and SEBI regulations.

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Proven leadership and client management abilities.
