We’re looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to join us in the pre-opening phase — someone who thrives in momentum and brings calm clarity to the complexity.
You’ll sit at the centre of the action, supporting our Executive team as we prepare to open our doors. You’ll help shape the systems and communication that will define how ANdAZ Gold Coast operates from day one.
The Role
You’ll be the connective thread across leadership and departments — ensuring priorities are aligned, timelines are moving and nothing gets lost in the pace of pre-opening.

Coordinate Executive schedules and priorities with precision and discretionKeep pre-opening timelines and milestones visible and on trackPrepare presentations, reports and internal communications with polishSupport cross-department collaboration and follow-throughTrack key operational documentation and ensure readiness across teamsAnticipate needs before they’re voicedThis role requires judgement, emotional intelligence and the ability to shift gears quickly. Pre-opening is dynamic. Things evolve. You’ll be someone who adapts with confidence.
