Overview We’re looking for a shared Executive who will be responsible for Biiling across our Accounts. Technical & Product • Type correspondence and maintain files • Exhibit organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Display a professional, detailed-oriented and proactive approach • Can work on our Navision System • Maintain current knowledge of Agency technical (software, hardware, virtual) capabilities • Provide assistance with copying, emailing, and distribution of materials. Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency • Working with the Saprks leads and aligning on their vision • Organized; detail-oriented; resourceful and self-motivated; customer focused, deals well with ambiguity and change, results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Coordinate Client/department functions • Assist with Billing • Fast learner with group tools, ie.
