What you'll do

Additionally, you will research external market leadership development propositions, coordinate coaching activities, and drive initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within leadership and talent programmes. Your responsibilities will also include administering evaluation methods, managing learning assessment tools, facilitating key leadership programmes, and ensuring compliance with policies and processes.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Evidence of applying data analysis to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve business outcomes. Ability to manage risk proactively, including identifying, evaluating, and implementing mitigation strategies. Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools to support communication, planning, and reporting activities.
