Executive - Human Resources Technology
Job Description

1. HR master data monitoring to ensure adherence with data quality compliance guidelines (India as well as international geographies).

2. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics - Roll-out and maintenance of automated HR Dashboard.

3. Provide support to Success Factors users across locations and coordinate with Support partner to deliver key enhancements.

4. Participate in HR Technology transformation Project - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates, reports, and prepare presentations to capture project progress.

5. Explore emerging HR trends, best practices, and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of HR Technology Transformation initiatives and to drive adoption.
