Job Responsibilities 1. Support accurate and timely execution of defined HR service tasks and
requests
2. Assist in maintaining employee data, workflow monitoring, and
compliance checks.
3. Respond to employee queries and route issues to appropriate
stakeholders.
4. Assist in gathering user feedback, updating service logs and report
generation.
5. Maintain documentation and reports related to SLAs and service
quality.
6. Coordinate with HR Ops, Tech, and CoE teams for query resolution or
process handoffs.
Graduate in any discipline (HR certification preferred)
Experience Requirement1 to 4 Years
Skills & Competencies 1. Familiarity with HR systems and processes
2. Good in excel skills and documentation skills
3. Attention to detail and compliance orientation
4. Basic problem-solving and communication skills
5. Good coordination skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
7. Learning mindset with openess to digital tools and HR technologies
