You will be responsible for supporting the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Housekeeping Department. Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a hotel housekeeping team, including at least 3 years in a housekeeping management role. Strong leadership, training, and coaching capabilities are essential, together with a proven ability to unite, inspire, and motivate a team. Excellent problem‑solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are also required.

We are seeking a candidate who is dynamic, passionate and customer-focused.
