**Description:** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for leading all Housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house (non-kitchen) areas. This role drives exceptional guest experiences in line with Hyatt’s Purpose of Care while managing people, costs, and brand standards effectively. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Oversee day-to-day Housekeeping operations, ensuring compliance with Hyatt brand and service standards. + Ensure exceptional cleanliness, room readiness, and presentation for all guests, including VIP and special-request rooms. + Lead, train, and develop the Housekeeping team, fostering a culture of care, teamwork, and accountability. + Manage departmental budgets, inventories, vendors, and cost control initiatives. + Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. + Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, statutory, and company policies and procedures. **Qualifications:** + Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred. + 8–12 years of Housekeeping experience in a branded hotel environment, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. + Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, guest service standards, and people management. + Proven ability to manage teams, control costs, and deliver consistent service excellence. **Primary Location:** IN-KA-Bangalore **Organization:** Hyatt Centric Bengaluru Airport **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Housekeeping/Laundry **Req ID:** BAN002360 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
