Requirments:

Extensive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management.   Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field preferred.  Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.  Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.  Fluent in English and Italian.  Solid experience and knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards
