About the Role:

Ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, secure and in line with workplace safety requirements & Housekeeping upkeep perspective.

•            Handling calls at reception and EPBAX management.

•            Managing all incoming calls and direct it to the respective departments/stake holders.

•            Maintaining all the front desk records and registers (visitor log, Issual of badges as per the RBD Ferns Icon security process).

•            Maintaining all contractors’ registers (In and out, attendance etc.)

•            Handing client visits/arrangements in coordination with facility teams.

•            Monitor conference room bookings and coordinate meeting rooms’ setup for specific requests during client visit in coordination with Admin/facility coordinator.

•            Coordination with vendor for food and beverage supplies during client/team meetings.

•            Ensuring effective organizing of Meetings/Events.

•            Greet and guide visitors / clients, informing staffs of their arrival. 

•            Maintain visitors/contractors’ registration.

•            Meeting room/conference room booking and arrangement in coordination with support team for RBD Ferns Icon visitors/clients.

•            Handle and redirect incoming calls as required.
