Field Engineer must have a sound knowledge of elevator/ escalator systems products. The position entails skill of new technology, trouble shooting, investigation, Analysis. Primary responsibilities: + **Provide technical expert support to field on products, repeated issues, Resolution of the critical technical issues with RRCA** + **Technical support to Bangalore factory and service engineering in new product development** + **Preparation of the standard processes for field and development of the field training modules** + **Preparation of the technical instructions, solution documents for field** + **Should have good knowledge of elevator and networking to support new technology compass installation, security system interface, BMS integration** + **Candidate should be with Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with good academic record. Min. 3 year’s experience. Preferable in elevator industry.
