You‘ll make a difference by
Conduct testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of protection relays (e.g., distance, differential, overcurrent). Perform routine and corrective maintenance on protection and control systems at grid stations (132kV / 220kV / 500kV). Carry out end-to-end scheme testing of protection panels, CT/VT circuits, interlocking schemes, and trip signals. Operate relay test kits such as Omicron CMC, Megger, or similar for primary/secondary injection tests. Support during grid shutdowns, isolations, and emergency callouts for protection failures. Prepare field reports including test results, site observations, and recommendations. Ensure compliance with site safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards. Coordinate with customer engineers, control center, and internal teams for smooth execution of field activities.Your success is grounded in
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Power specialization). At least 1 year of field experience in protection and control systems, preferably in transmission/distribution substations. Working knowledge of protection relays from Siemens, ABB, GE, or Schneider Hands-on experience with relay testing equipment (e.g., Omicron CMC256/356, Megger SMRT). Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, protection schematics, and layout drawings.We offer you
