**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Executive Director – Trinity Health PACE** **Position Purpose** Lead and oversee all operations of the Trinity Health PACE Organization, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care for frail elderly participants.
