Job Summary Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the Associate Superintendent of Business Services, provides leadership, implementation, development, direction, assessment, and evaluation of the District’s facilities, operations, capital projects and related activities; oversees the improvement, modernization, and new construction of District facilities; reviews, analyzes, and audits implementation of various capital and specialized facilities and maintenance projects; assists the Associate Superintendent of Business Services as directed.
