Executive Director - Client Solutions & Customer Insights - Payments

As the Director of Customer Insights and Client Solutions within the Consumer Banking Payments team, you will lead the promotion of our cutting-edge Customer Insights subscription software platform. This platform utilizes advanced data analytics to empower businesses to enhance customer-centricity, accelerate growth, and make well-informed strategic decisions.

Job responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients across various industries to promote the Customer Insights subscription platform. Conduct needs assessments and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to client business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including Marketing, Analytics, Real Estate, and C-level executives. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closing. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Analytics) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to effectively position the software’s value. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum 10 years of experience promoting and implementing data analytics-driven software platforms, with a proven ability to drive customer-centric solutions, business growth, and strategic decision-making within the financial services, consumer banking, or payments industry. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, in SaaS, data analytics, or technology solutions. Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in driving business growth and customer centricity. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build lasting client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
